1. Use of the Field
Users are expected to arrive and leave within their allotted time slot to ensure a smooth transition between visitors. Overstaying your booking may result in a penalty or loss of future booking privileges. We ask that you respect the quiet, natural environment for the benefit of our neighbors and other users.
The field is monitored for safety and maintenance purposes. Any damage to the fencing, equipment, or grounds must be reported immediately to management. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping Broadacres a premier destination for local dog owners.
2. Health and Safety
All dogs using the field must be up-to-date with their vaccinations and flea treatments. If your dog is showing any signs of illness, including kennel cough, vomiting, or diarrhea, please reschedule your booking to prevent the potential spread of infection to other canine visitors.
For the safety of all, we require that dogs be kept on a lead between the parking area and the secure gate of the field. Once inside the double-gated system, you are free to release your dog into the main exercise area. Professional dog walkers are permitted, provided they hold valid insurance and do not exceed the maximum dog limit.
Please be mindful of the physical condition of the field. In wet weather, some areas may become slippery or muddy. Owners are encouraged to wear appropriate footwear and exercise caution when walking on the terrain. Broadacres Dog Field is a natural space and may contain uneven ground.
3. Bookings and Payments
All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking via our online system. We accept major credit and debit cards for your convenience. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your access code and specific arrival instructions.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are non-refundable, as we are often unable to fill the slot on short notice.
In the rare event that Broadacres must close the field due to extreme weather or maintenance requirements, we will notify you as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. In such cases, a full refund or a rescheduled session will be provided at no additional cost to you.
4. Liability and Conduct
Broadacres Dog Field accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by users or their dogs while on the premises. Use of the facility is entirely at the owner's risk. Owners are legally responsible for their dog's behavior and any incidents that may occur during their hire period.
It is mandatory for all users to pick up after their dogs. Waste bags should be disposed of in the dedicated bins provided on-site. Failure to clean up after your pet not only ruins the experience for others but may lead to a permanent ban from using the facility.
