Terms and Conditions

By making a booking you are agreeing to 'Broadacres Dog Field' terms and conditions in place at the time of booking.

Use of the field shall be entirely at your (and your dog(s)) own risk. We accept no liability for the death of or injury to any person/dog or for any damage to any property. We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, cost/expenses or any other liability incurred by you whether during or after the time of your hire.
We cannot accept liability for any escape. Yours and your dogs' behaviour and actions are your sole responsibility.
You and/or dogs shall not cause any interference or nuisance to any other persons at the file or area around it.
We are not responsible for any injury sustained from use of the field or from interactions with other dogs and dog owners on the premises.
Do not bring your dogs to the field if they are showing any signs of illness or have been ill within the last 48 hrs.
The field should only be used for the purpose of dog exercise. It is not a recreational area and should not be treated as such.
We request that all dogs are up to date with their vaccinations and worming.
All dogs must be covered under their own third-party insurance (public liability insurance). This is usually included in your pet insurance.
Vehicles and contents are left at their owner’s risk.

Use of the field

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your allotted booking time and wait at the drive entrance until the previous walker has safely left the premises.
It is ESSENTIAL that your dogs remain in your vehicle and do not approach the field until the previous walker has vacated the area. Some dogs using this field may have behavioural issues.
When safe to do so drive up the drive SLOWLY and reverse park up to the field entrance gates.
There is parking for a two or three cars depending on your booking.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times when outside of the enclosed field area.
All dog poop must be cleaned up and taken away from site by you, any user failing to pick up dog waste will be denied future use. There are no bins available on site.
Please ensure all gates are closed securely when entering and exiting the field.
We inspect the fencing regularly, however no fence is completely escape proof. If you notice any issues with the fencing, please notify us immediately.
Please leave the field promptly at the end of your allotted time slot ready for the next walkers arrival.
If you are late, you must still vacate the field promptly at the end of your time slot.
If you bring dog toys, please ensure they are removed at the end of your session.
Please do not allow your dogs to dig holes; if they do please fill the hole back in to prevent injury to others.
There is strictly no smoking anywhere on site.
All rubbish must be taken home with you.

Bookings

All bookings must be paid for in advance.
We reserve the right to alter your booking if necessary. We will endeavour not to do this other than in exceptional circumstances and will offer a refund or change of booking slot should this happen.
Cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance are non-refundable and not transferable.
By making a booking you are agreeing to the website terms and conditions in place at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from any hirer contravening the above conditions of hire

Privacy statement

Personal details (name, phone, email) are collected on making a booking. These are securely stored and are used solely for purposes of managing the booking. We will not use them to contact you for any other purpose or pass or sell them to any third party (unless required to do so by law enforcement agencies).
To make a booking you are passed to our booking systems site. This is an https secure site and they comply with GDPR requirements.
CCTV is in operation for the security of the property.
